Five Health Segments

Every supporter is automatically placed into one of five health buckets based on their participation patterns:

• Thriving - Highly engaged supporters with recent, frequent activity
• Steady - Consistent supporters with stable engagement patterns
• Cooling - Supporters showing early signs of declining engagement
• At-Risk - Supporters with significant engagement decline who need immediate attention
• Lapsed - Previously active supporters who have stopped engaging
